What is a small group?
Small Groups are covenant communities that meet
together outside of church with the intention of:
- Establishing close relationships with others
- Bearing one another’s burdens, and also rejoicing with each other
- Growing in your understanding of the Gospel through study
- Sharing the love of Christ with others
How often do they meet?
It varies. Some meet weekly, and some meet every other week.
Where do they meet?
Usually people’s homes, or at church.
What takes place at a small group?
Social time, study, and time of prayer.
Is childcare provided?
The individual groups decide how best to provide childcare needs.
What is studied?
Either a book of the Bible or a topical study.
