Youth Ministry

WHERE: At Grace Blue Ridge
WHEN: Sunday nights, from 5:30-7:30pm
WHO: 6th-12th graders
WHY: The student ministry of Grace Blue Ridge exists to nurture reproducing disciples who are committed to Christ in an environment where they are able to be known and accepted.

CHRIST-CENTRIC:
We focus our love and our lives on Christ,
because He loved us with His life.

IMAGO DEI:
All people are made in the image of God, and
are worthy of respect and honor.

RELATIONSHIPS:
We encourage honest relationships with students
and each other, where we can be accepted,
heard, and known.

CHURCH:
We believe that students are a vibrant part of the
Church, and encourage students to plug into the
life, ministry, and worship at GBR.

DISCIPLESHIP:
We believe that healthy Christian discipleship
is impacted by three distinct categories: being
mentored by someone more experienced, peerto-peer
mentoring, and mentoring someone less
experienced.

SERVICE :
We encourage our students and volunteers to
serve in every area of their lives, not just on
mission trips.

EDUCATION:
We are all life-long students of the Word, and
Scripture is the foundation of our teaching.

DOCTRINE:
We strive to live out the traditions of the Reformed
faith while being relevant to our surrounding
culture.
